Ingredients for the Crust:
2 Cups organic shredded coconut with no added
1 1/2 Cups pitted dates - soaked at least 2 hours in water
Process the above 2 ingredients together in your food processor or blender.
Then, press it firmly into your pretty pie dish.
Ingredients for Filling:
2 large, ripe avocados
3/4 - 1 cup Raw Carob Powder (you
can also use Raw Organic Cocoa if you are so inclined)
1/2 cup raw honey or
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla1/4 cup raw shredded coconut
And a pinch of salt
Process these ingredients into a smooth and silky, mouth watering, creamy chocolate delight. Next, pour this yummy filling into your pie crust.Garnish the top with round sliced strawberries and a dash of raw coconut. Place this yummy dessert in your refrigerate for about 2-3 hours, and then ENJOY!
